What this PR does
Adds a separate
NOOP CompactAndroid home-screen widget for Rest, Charge, and Effort.The existing widget stays unchanged. The compact widget uses moon, lightning, and dumbbell icons for the three daily scores, with live heart rate and strap battery underneath.
